A.C.E runs two separate expos every year. The Africa Expo is hosted once a year in a different African capital. The Caribbean Expo is hosted once a year in a different Caribbean capital, six months after the Africa Expo. Exhibit your goods and services, meet buyers and partners, and grow with a community rooted on both shores.
A.C.E is built to take full advantage of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) — the world's largest free trade area by membership, uniting 54 countries and over 1.3 billion people in a single African market. Here's what that means in practice for our subscribers:
AfCFTA is phasing out tariffs on 90% of goods traded between member states — cutting the cost of getting your products to each Africa Expo host capital.
Simplified customs procedures and a continental mechanism for resolving non-tariff barriers mean expo shipments clear faster — hand in hand with our 2–3 month shipping coordination.
The Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS) lets cross-border deals settle in local currencies — trimming expensive FX conversion out of agreements struck on the expo floor.
Goods that meet AfCFTA rules of origin qualify for preferential treatment across the single market — and A.C.E guides exhibitors, including our Caribbean members trading into Africa, on how to use it.
An expo in its own right — held once a year in a different African capital, where exhibitors display goods and services to regional buyers, distributors, and investors.
A separate expo, held once a year in a different Caribbean capital six months after the Africa Expo — a second market in the same membership year.
Each expo runs for six full days of exhibitions, meetings, and deal-making. Then, on the seventh day, we close in style: a Gala Dinner honouring our exhibitors and partners, headlined by a live performance from a top international artiste on the main stage.
Each year, awards are presented at the Gala Dinner to the best business attendees of that year's expos. Winners are scored by an independent judging panel across five criteria:
The originality, craftsmanship, and overall quality of the goods or services exhibited.
The value and number of trade connections, orders, and partnerships formed during the expo.
The standard of the exhibition stand and how well visitors were welcomed, informed, and engaged.
Evidence of building genuine trade links across the two regions — the heart of A.C.E's mission.
Responsible sourcing and production, and positive impact on the exhibitor's home community.
Scores are combined across both expos in the year. Visitor feedback collected on the expo floor contributes to the panel's assessment, and winners are announced live on stage at the Gala Dinner.
Host capitals shown are the planned rotation and are confirmed each year. Two expos per year — one African capital, one Caribbean capital — and never the same city twice in a row.
Members help decide where the expos are hosted. Tap a capital on either map to cast a vote — you get 3 votes, then voting is locked for you until 6 months later. Running totals update live below.
Exhibit your goods and services on the expo floor, or attend as a visitor, buyer, or scout — there's a membership for both, and every member gets free entrance to every expo.
And membership isn't only for businesses: organizations, movements, chambers of commerce, charities, political parties, and governments are all warmly invited to join A.C.E — whether as exhibiting members or attendees.
For companies displaying their goods and/or services at the expos.
For those who'd like to attend the expos without exhibiting — visitors, buyers, and the simply curious.
